recognize the following levels of achievement:
Certificate (20 Semester Hours) Associate Degree

Graduation Requirements
To qualify for
graduation, a student must:

Gain the
required number of semester hours with
passing grade on assignments

Pay all
outstanding tuition, fees and penalties
twenty one days before the student’s
graduation date

Students who
participate in a formal graduation ceremony
will be responsible for rental costs of
caps, gowns, and hoods

Payment must be
received 60 days in advance of graduation
Financial Information
Application fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)
Administrative fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)
Course fee (degree level) $300.00 (which is $100
per credit hour)
Course fee (Institute level) $100.00 per course
Refund Policy
A registered
student may receive a full refund of all tuition
and fees paid provided that the refund form is
received by the Admissions Office prior to the
first day of each semester. Full Refund
Within fourteen
consecutive calendar days, including Holidays,
beginning with the first day of each semester.

After fourteen
consecutive calendar days, including Holidays,
